Virtual Healthcare Education Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Execute outbound communications, including calls, emails, and virtual interactions, directed by clients with assigned targets.

• Provide education on disease states and generate qualified leads.

• Clearly communicate the clinical advantages and product value to healthcare professionals and office staff.

• Enhance product education and awareness.

• Establish trust and strengthen customer relationships through consistent, professional virtual engagement.

• Identify and monitor local market conditions and customer insights.

• Support efforts in lead generation.

• Collaborate efficiently with field counterparts.

• Conduct patient identification within a virtual healthcare setting.

• Connect with physicians, healthcare providers, and key clinic personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare sales or lead generation is necessary.

• Proven success in a lead-generation environment.

• Preferred experience in conducting virtual educational sessions with healthcare professionals (HCPs).

• Strong preference for virtual/inside sales or lead-generation experience.

• Demonstrated ability to drive business outcomes and meet or exceed lead-generation metrics.

• High proficiency in CRM systems.

• Self-motivated with a strong focus on performance.

• Effective in prioritization and planning.

• Strict adherence to compliance guidelines.
