Virtual Healthcare Education Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual interactions with assigned targets as directed by clients.

• Provide education on disease states and generate qualified leads.

• Clearly communicate the clinical benefits and value of the product to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and office staff.

• Enhance product education and awareness.

• Foster trust and strengthen customer relationships through consistent and professional virtual engagement.

• Identify and track local market conditions and customer insights.

• Assist in lead-generation initiatives.

• Work collaboratively with field counterparts.

• Engage with healthcare professionals and deliver impactful educational messaging.

• Contribute to awareness and business outcomes.

• Conduct patient identification within a virtual healthcare environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare sales or lead generation is necessary.

• Proven success in a lead-generation environment.

• Experience in conducting virtual educational sessions with HCPs is preferred.

• Virtual or inside sales experience, particularly in lead generation, is strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to drive business results and meet or exceed lead-generation metrics.

• Strong proficiency in CRM systems.

• Self-motivated with a strong orientation towards performance.

• Effective prioritization and planning skills.

• Compliance with guidelines is essential.
