Virtual Healthcare Education Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual interactions directed by clients with designated targets.

• Provide education on disease states and generate qualified leads.

• Effectively communicate the clinical advantages and product value to healthcare professionals and office staff.

• Enhance product knowledge and awareness.

• Foster trust and strengthen customer relationships through professional virtual interactions.

• Identify and assess local market conditions and customer insights.

• Assist in lead-generation initiatives.

• Collaborate with field partners.

• Engage with healthcare professionals and convey impactful educational messages.

• Perform patient identification in a virtual healthcare setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare sales or lead generation is required.

• Proven success in a lead-generation setting.

• Experience in conducting virtual educational sessions with healthcare professionals is preferred.

• Strong preference for candidates with virtual/inside sales or lead-generation experience.

• Demonstrated ability to achieve business outcomes and meet or exceed lead-generation metrics.

• High proficiency in CRM systems.

• Self-driven with a strong focus on performance.

• Effective in prioritization and planning.

• Compliance guideline adherence is essential.
