Virtual Healthcare Education Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Conduct client-focused outbound communications through calls, emails, and virtual meetings with designated targets.

• Provide education on disease states and cultivate qualified leads.

• Effectively communicate the clinical advantages and product value to healthcare professionals and office personnel.

• Enhance product knowledge and awareness among stakeholders.

• Establish trust and enhance customer relationships via professional virtual interactions.

• Assess and track local market trends and customer feedback.

• Assist with lead-generation initiatives.

• Collaborate successfully with field team members.

• Engage with physicians, healthcare providers, and key clinic staff.

• Conduct patient identification within a virtual healthcare setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required.

• At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare sales or lead generation is necessary.

• Proven track record of success in a lead-generation setting.

• Experience in conducting virtual educational sessions with healthcare professionals is preferred.

• Strong preference for virtual/inside sales or lead-generation experience.

• Demonstrated ability to achieve business results and meet or exceed lead-generation targets.

• Proficient in CRM software.

• Self-driven with a strong focus on performance.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and plan effectively.
