Virtual Family Nurse Practitioner – CO Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Conduct patient consultations through telehealth, which encompasses telephonic triage calls, video appointments, and follow-up emails.

• Engage in ongoing learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and various educational formats.

• Collaborate with both virtual and in-office colleagues during daily huddles.

• Utilize specialized clinical training to deliver outstanding virtual patient care.

• Provide patient care around the clock, every day of the year as part of the Virtual Medical Team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have completed an accredited FNP program and hold a national certification.

• Within the last 5 years, have practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care environment serving patients of all ages (0+), OR have 2 years of experience in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting catering to patients of all ages (0+).

• Must currently be licensed in CO and possess the capability to obtain licenses in additional states.

• Willingness to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday and/or Sunday.

• Flexibility to work shifts that range from 7 AM to 6 PM PST and 11 AM to 10 PM PST.

• Strong clinical and communication skills are essential.

• Demonstrated clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care.

• Competence in utilizing technology to provide high-quality care.

• Ability to engage with and care for individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• A strong passion for human-centered primary care.

• Willingness to accept feedback and engage in self-reflection.

• Capable of navigating uncertain scenarios with both patients and colleagues.

• Prepared to adjust personal and interpersonal behaviors to meet the needs of patients.

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
