Virtual Family Nurse Practitioner – CO Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Provide patient care through telehealth services, encompassing telephonic triage calls, video visit consultations, and email follow-ups.

• Engage in ongoing education via weekly Clinical Rounds and various learning modalities.

• Collaborate with both virtual and in-office colleagues through daily huddles.

• Utilize specialized clinical training to deliver outstanding virtual patient care.

• Render virtual clinical services to One Medical patients in partnership with primary care providers.

• Offer evidence-based care through a collaborative approach available 24/7, 365 days a year.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program and hold national certification.

• In the last five years, have practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least two years in an outpatient primary care environment serving patients of all ages (0+), OR two years in an urgent care or emergency medicine context seeing patients of all ages (0+).

• Currently possess a license in Colorado with the capability to acquire additional state licenses.

• Availability to work both weekday and weekend shifts, including alternate Saturdays and/or Sundays.

• Flexibility to work current shifts that span from 7 am to 6 pm PST and 11 am to 10 pm PST.

• Exceptional clinical and communication abilities.

• A strong commitment to human-centered primary care.

• Proficiency in engaging with and providing care to individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Competence in utilizing technology to furnish high-quality care.

• Clinical expertise in evidence-based primary care practices.

• A desire to play an essential role in a team focused on transforming healthcare delivery.

• Willingness to receive feedback and engage in self-reflection.

• Capability to navigate uncertain situations confidently with patients and colleagues.
