Virtual Clinician – Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Conduct approximately 30-minute online Video Visits with members enrolled in Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plans.

• Review patients' medications and medical histories.

• Educate members regarding their health and respond to their inquiries.

• Operate in a private space with a reliable internet connection.

• Provide 40 hours of availability each week, ensuring a consistent output of 320+ capacity units monthly.

• Maintain a high visit completion rate, consistently achieving 220+ completed visits each month.

• Engage in regular training and uphold affiliation and compliance with Video Visit standards.

• Participate in regular meetings with managers, team members, and clinical staff.

• Meet Signify Health's operational, clinical, and member experience KPIs and metrics.

• Interact with health plan members remotely using computer and phone technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a board-certified nurse practitioner or physician assistant.

• Maintain active state licenses in relevant coverage areas.

• FNP or AGNP certification is preferred for nurse practitioners.

• Must uphold board certification.

• Trained and credentialed for all health plan clients and lines of business within primary coverage state(s).

• Capable of obtaining and maintaining multi-state licenses in the designated coverage area, as necessary.

• Experience with Signify Health In-Home Health Evaluations, Video Visits, in-home visits, telehealth delivery, or a comparable format is preferred.

• Provide 40 hours of availability each week.

• Must have broadband connectivity with video and audio capabilities.

• A quiet environment with a neutral background is required for conducting visits.

• Ability to ensure health plan member privacy in accordance with CVS Health guidelines.

• Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.

• Capacity to work independently and practice autonomously.

• Proficient in information management and technology.
