Virtual Client Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Make outbound calls, send emails, and message potential clients.

• Promptly address inbound inquiries.

• Engage in discussions to identify client needs and objectives.

• Clearly articulate service offerings and suggest appropriate next steps.

• Arrange follow-up calls or connect clients with the appropriate team members.

• Document interactions and keep precise notes in the CRM.

• Assist prospective clients in exploring financial solutions that align with their personal or business objectives.

• Act as a primary point of contact to introduce services and guide clients to the subsequent steps.

• A college degree is preferred.

• A confident and friendly communicator who excels in a client-facing environment.

• Organized and comfortable working in a virtual environment.

• A people-first mindset with strong listening and follow-up abilities.

• Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, or a client-facing role is a plus.
