• Respond to customer inquiries swiftly through the chat platform.

• Offer precise information regarding products, services, and policies.

• Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing their accounts.

• Diagnose and resolve customer issues in a prompt and effective manner.

• Elevate complex problems to the relevant departments when necessary.

• Record and update customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.

• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure uniformity in service quality.

• Stay updated on new products, services, and company developments.

• Achieve or surpass performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction scores.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent.

• Additional education or certifications in customer service or related areas are advantageous.

• Demonstrated experience as a chat assistant, customer service representative, or in a similar position, preferably in a remote environment.

• Excellent written communication skills emphasizing clarity and precision.

• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time efficiently in a dynamic setting.

• Proficient in using chat software, CRM systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Capability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
