This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based care utilizing a remote technology platform.
• Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage various health conditions.
• Offer health counseling and develop disposition plans for patients aged 18 months and older.
• Educate and assist patients on pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and safer sex practices.
• Assess patients in primary care, acute care, chronic illness management, and transitional care.
• Deliver contraceptive care counseling and oversee medication management.
• Inform patients about health maintenance and address their care inquiries.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions in an EHR consistent with MinuteClinic policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with both internal and external colleagues to coordinate patient care, including participation in a patient-centered medical home.
• Engage with a team of healthcare professionals, including Providers, Collaborative Physicians, paraprofessionals, Pharmacists, and other team members.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, solve problems, take initiative, and advocate for patients and the practice.
• Commit to a work schedule of three weekdays plus every Saturday and Sunday from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., totaling 40 hours per week.
• Active, unrestricted license in AK, AZ, CA, HI, IL, MN, MO, MT, NM, OR, UT, or WA.
• Willingness and capability to obtain additional licensure as necessary.
• At least two years of relevant medical experience or equivalent qualifications.
• Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Initiative, problem-solving skills, adaptability, and flexibility are essential.
• Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision.
• Proficiency in information management and technology.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with professional colleagues to ensure quality care delivery.
• Depending on the market, proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish may be required.
• Completion of a Master’s Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current National Board Certification.
• Valid State of Employment license to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse.
• Reliable broadband internet access.
• A quiet environment with a neutral background for conducting remote visits.

• Ability to operate computers and phones, communicate clearly, and understand patient responses.
