Virtual Behavioral Health Adult Therapist, LCSW, LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Perform individual assessments for clients.

• Create and oversee treatment plans.

• Deliver therapy services to individuals aged 18 and older.

• Link clients with vital community resources.

• Accurately document patient services in real-time using electronic health records.

• Utilize standardized assessment instruments.

• Demonstrate strong diagnostic capabilities.

• Participate in quality improvement efforts.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve access to behavioral health services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid, independent LCSW or LPC license in Virginia is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of therapy and diagnostic experience post-licensure is required.

• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy is essential.

• Experience in facilitating group therapy is highly preferred.

• Full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm EST is necessary.

• Must be willing to treat clients aged 18 and above.

• Residency in the U.S. or a U.S. territory is required.

• Successful completion of the ASWB, NCW, and/or NCMHCE examination is needed to obtain clinical licensure.
