Virtual ASL Educator, New York Certified

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Access the educator portal to choose the jobs you wish to undertake.

• Deliver the school's curriculum using the district's virtual platform.

• Create lesson plans that align with the class curriculum.

• Inspire creativity and enthusiasm within the virtual learning environment.

• Engage and support student learning through intentional, relationship-focused strategies.

• Monitor student grades and overall performance.

• Attend professional development sessions and faculty meetings organized by the district.

• Collaborate with the in-class facilitator who is physically present with students.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and possess an active, state-issued teaching certification from a USA state in one of the specified areas.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional educator is required.

• Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.

• A laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet access are necessary.

• Participation in a virtual teaching demonstration and submission of a background check are required as part of the application process.

• Previous experience in online teaching is an advantage!
