Virtual Acute Wound Healing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote Solventum products and qualify leads.

• Answer incoming inquiries through phone, email, or chat while delivering product or service information.

• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.

• Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions in Salesforce.com.

• Work closely with field sales and internal teams to devise strategies for meeting sales objectives.

• Utilize procedural, clinical, and technical product knowledge to determine suitable product offerings.

• Follow up with leads and prospects to cultivate relationships and progress them through the sales pipeline.

• Finalize sales and meet daily metrics as well as monthly quotas.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.

• Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and security protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 2 years of sales experience, or an Associate Degree with 4 years of sales experience.

• Prior sales experience, preferably in the healthcare sector or inside sales.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain productivity while working both onsite and remotely.

• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales-related tools.

• Proven history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.

• Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without the need for employment visa sponsorship.
