Career Success Coach

📋 Description

• Assist learners in Correlation One’s data training and employment programs

• Provide professional development coaching to a cohort of around 50 learners

• Collaborate with Teaching Assistants and the Correlation One program operations team

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions and offer 4–6 hours of office-hour availability weekly, with a maximum of 8 hours

• Deliver weekly asynchronous updates to the professional development team

• Engage in bi-weekly pod meetings for check-ins, program priority updates, and collaboration with fellow coaches

• Maintain notes from one-on-one coaching sessions regarding learners' job-search progress

• Update each learner’s job-search status on a monthly basis

• Respond to Slack and email communications within a 24-hour timeframe

• Provide feedback on resumes and LinkedIn profiles using established rubrics

• Review resume drafts, LinkedIn profiles, and final resume exercises

⛳️ Requirements

• Reside in the United States or Canada

• Current Career Success Coach

• At least a 4-year college degree or equivalent experience

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience, preferably in career development or coaching, professional counseling, or related program management targeting job seekers

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, suitable for executive-level interactions

• Proven ability to build trusting relationships and provide effective guidance to adult learners and/or job seekers

• Experience in delivering career coaching in a fully remote setting

• Strong work ethic with the ability to perform well under pressure and with minimal supervision

• Proactive in problem-solving, with a keen attention to detail and a capacity for rapid learning

• High technical proficiency and comfort in adapting to new tools and technologies

• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack

• Availability for Amazon Data Center Technician 11 program dates: January 11–April 30, 2027, with the contract commencing one week prior to the program start date
