VIP Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional service to key client travelers.

• Accurately and efficiently manage incoming requests through phone, email, and various other channels.

• Act as the main point of contact for executive-level travelers.

• Provide proactive travel consultation, detailed travel information, and promote related products.

• Utilize BCD Travel tools and systems to fulfill requests.

• Search for and confirm travel reservations.

• Advise customers in accordance with client travel policies.

• Address inquiries related to DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other regulations.

• Continuously maintain, share, and enhance knowledge of the supported travel industries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in VIP travel services.

• Familiarity with the travel industry, including its policies, procedures, and processes.

• Proficient skills in GDS Sabre.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English.

• Capability to manage requests concerning DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other essential regulations.

• Comprehensive knowledge and application of travel supplier rules.
