Debt Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of a pipeline consisting of high-debt, high-intent customers from the first point of contact until enrollment.

• Conduct consultative discussions to gain a comprehensive understanding of each customer's financial situation.

• Articulate debt resolution strategies, program frameworks, and anticipated results.

• Combine empathy with guidance while assisting customers in navigating complex decisions.

• Facilitate decision-making and close deals, typically within 1–2 calls.

• Prioritize leads and implement targeted follow-ups to enhance conversion rates.

• Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in inside sales.

• Preference for roles in consultative or financial sales settings.

• Demonstrated success in a commission-based position with a track record of meeting goals.

• Strong capability to manage both emotional and analytical discussions.

• Experienced in maintaining a sales pipeline and effectively prioritizing opportunities.

• Confidence in discussing financial circumstances, trade-offs, and long-term implications.

• High School diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Access to high-speed internet or fiber broadband connection.

• Availability to work shifts from Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday during closing hours.

• Ability to work 8-hour shifts scheduled between 12:30 PM and 9:00 PM CDT.
