VIP Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional service to key client travelers.

• Manage incoming requests promptly and accurately through phone, email, and various other channels.

• Act as the main point of contact for executive-level travelers.

• Offer proactive travel consultation, provide travel details, and promote related products.

• Utilize BCD Travel tools and systems to fulfill requests.

• Search for and confirm travel reservations.

• Implement client travel policies while consistently offering customer consultation.

• Address requests related to DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other regulations.

• Enforce travel supplier rules.

• Keep, share, and enhance knowledge of the supported travel industries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in VIP travel.

• Familiarity with the travel industry, including policies, procedures, and processes.

• Proficient in GDS Sabre.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays for Elite 24 After-Hours.
