VIP Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional service to high-profile client travelers.

• Efficiently manage incoming inquiries through phone, email, and various channels.

• Act as the main point of contact for executive-level travelers.

• Provide comprehensive travel consultation, details, and promote relevant products.

• Utilize BCD Travel tools and systems to fulfill requests.

• Search for and confirm travel bookings.

• Understand client travel policies and offer guidance and consultation to customers accordingly.

• Address requests related to DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other regulations.

• Implement travel supplier guidelines.

• Maintain, share, and enhance knowledge of the supported travel sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in VIP travel services.

• Knowledgeable about the travel industry, including its policies, procedures, and processes.

• Proficient in GDS Sabre.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Willingness to work during days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required by business demands.
