VIP Travel Consultant – Amadeus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional service to key clients traveling for business.

• Manage incoming inquiries through phone, email, and various other channels.

• Act as the main point of contact for executive-level travelers.

• Offer proactive travel advice, details, and suggest related products.

• Utilize BCD Travel tools and systems to fulfill requests.

• Search for and confirm travel reservations effectively.

• Interpret and implement client travel policies accurately.

• Address requests concerning DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other regulations.

• Apply travel supplier rules as necessary.

• Continuously enhance and broaden knowledge of the supported travel sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in VIP travel services.

• Solid understanding of the travel industry, including policies, procedures, and processes.

• Proficient skills in GDS Amadeus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.

• Willingness to work various shifts including day, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

• Eligibility to work in the United States.
