VIP Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Build personalized relationships and deliver exceptional support to executive clients.

• Efficiently and effectively address incoming calls, emails, and assigned cases.

• Record all client interactions in the Salesforce case management system.

• Troubleshoot and manage various support issues.

• Offer personalized assistance via phone and email.

• Research incoming inquiries and conduct client follow-ups.

• Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure a seamless experience for clients.

• Meet and surpass company and departmental objectives.

• Comprehend client needs and expectations while adhering to relevant standards.

• Maintain professional expertise, knowledge, and skills to promote additional services.

• Establish and sustain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Adhere to company and departmental policies, including attendance expectations.

• Exhibit proficiency in case management, round-robin assignments, and internal escalation procedures.

• Independently handle a full caseload while meeting productivity, accuracy, and turnaround-time benchmarks.

• Identify and communicate account risks to leadership.

• Execute other assigned duties as necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• GED or High School Diploma required.

• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a professional setting is essential.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the dental sector is mandatory.

• Preferably 6 months of experience in managing key accounts.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines within specified timeframes.

• Proficiency in all MS Office applications and internet usage.

• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Ability to collaborate closely with other team members.

• Strong verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills.

• Competence in developing reports and manipulating data in Excel.

• Ability to multitask accurately in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with technical and procedural aspects and functions.

• Ability to resolve practical problems and handle various concrete variables in situations with limited standardization.
