📋 Description

• Oversee and nurture robust, long-lasting relationships with designated VIP players

• Deliver tailored assistance and high-quality customer service in both German and Hungarian

• Engage proactively with VIP players through calls, messaging apps, emails, and various other communication methods

• Design and execute customized retention and reactivation strategies

• Track player activity, behavior, preferences, and levels of engagement

• Develop and present personalized bonuses, promotions, and exclusive VIP rewards

• Evaluate player performance and portfolio KPIs to uncover areas for enhancement

• Address VIP player inquiries, resolve issues swiftly, and collaborate with internal teams

• Keep precise player profiles and communication records in CRM systems

• Work alongside internal teams to ensure a flawless VIP experience

• Ensure adherence to Responsible Gaming (RG), KYC, and AML regulations

• Exceptional customer service skills in German and Hungarian

• Proficiency in engaging with VIP players through calls, messaging apps, emails, and other communication platforms

• Capability to create and execute tailored retention and reactivation strategies

• Expertise in monitoring player activity, behavior, preferences, and engagement levels

• Proficiency in crafting and delivering customized bonuses, promotions, and exclusive VIP rewards

• Ability to assess player performance and portfolio KPIs

• Skills in managing VIP player inquiries and resolving issues efficiently

• Experience with CRM systems or the ability to maintain accurate player profiles and communication history

• Familiarity with Responsible Gaming (RG), KYC, and AML regulations

• Proficiency in German and Hungarian languages
