Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee video projects from the initial assignment to final completion

• Monitor deadlines, revisions, and deliverables

• Conduct quality assurance on finished videos, focusing on pacing, captions, audio, transitions, branding, and formatting

• Offer clear and actionable feedback for revisions to video editors

• Ensure organized project workflows and effective communication within the team

• Outstanding written and verbal English skills

• Impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

• Proficient in project coordination and time management

• Capable of identifying errors, inconsistencies, and missing elements

• Able to independently handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Comfortable in a fast-paced remote work setting

• Preferred: Experience in video editing/QA, creative operations, video production, agency work, or performance marketing
