Video Editor, Performance Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Transform creative briefs that include an angle, hook, product, and/or reference advertisement into polished ads.

• Generate a weekly target of fresh concepts and variations of hooks.

• Edit user-generated content (UGC) from creators, product images, and gallery visuals.

• Develop advertisements utilizing AI presenters, generated scenes, and synthetic voices.

• Track expenditure, hook rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS) for each advertisement.

• Refine ads that perform well and discontinue those that do not meet performance standards.

• Collaborate with the company's creative generation tool.

• Detect issues with generated output and offer constructive feedback to the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in creating direct response ads for Meta.

• Regular familiarity with at least two of the following tools: Veo 3, Kling 3, Seedance, Runway, Higgsfield, Nano Banana Pro, Midjourney, ElevenLabs.

• A perspective on which AI video generation tool is most effective for various applications.

• Proficiency in Premiere or DaVinci with a focus on speed.

• Experience with CapCut for trend-based formats.

• Capability to write native-sounding English copy aimed at US consumers.

• Ability to compose hooks, captions, and scripts based solely on an angle brief.

• Availability for 4 hours each day that overlap with UK time.

• Residing in the EU timezone.
