Freelance Video Editor, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Edit short-form advertisements in 9:16 and 4:5 aspect ratios

• Create, review, and correct captions effectively

• Accurately spell brand names, company names, individuals' names, numbers, and technical terms

• Seek clarification whenever there is uncertainty and avoid making assumptions

• Add music, sound effects, text, and Claude Code animations

• Implement hooks and visuals in a creative manner

• Integrate feedback within 24 to 48 hours

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in German

• Strong English language skills

• Proven experience in creating video advertisements for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

• Exceptional attention to detail, especially when reviewing captions

• Creative, dependable, and capable of working independently

• Effective communication abilities

• A portfolio showcasing relevant examples of previous work

• As part of the application process, edit one video ad and perform a complete caption check on another video
