📋 Description

• Develop video advertisements and static creatives for Meta campaigns utilizing footage, brand assets, and concepts.

• Transform creative briefs, raw footage, and brand assets into high-quality video and static advertisements.

• Employ compelling opening hooks, intentional pacing, easily readable captions, and impactful calls to action.

• Create static creatives that effectively convey offers while adhering to brand guidelines.

• Generate variations for testing diverse hooks, messages, visuals, and formats.

• Adhere to deadlines, provide updates on progress, and identify obstacles early on.

• Suggest innovative concepts and practical enhancements.

• Utilize feedback and insights from campaigns to create stronger iterations of creative work.

• Supply well-organized source files and properly formatted exports prepared for review, reuse, and deployment.

• Practical experience in creating both video advertisements and static creatives specifically for Meta.

• Proficient in video-editing and graphic-design software; the caliber of your work is more significant than the tools you utilize.

• Capacity to work efficiently while ensuring clean edits, precise text, and consistent visual quality.

• Proven initiative: propose enhancements, ask insightful questions, and take responsibility for completing tasks.

• Strong proficiency in written and verbal English along with dependable communication skills in a remote team setting.

• Preferred: Experience in editing user-generated content or direct-response advertisements.

• Preferred: Skills in motion graphics, animation, or sound design.

• Preferred: Background in utilizing ad performance feedback to determine necessary changes or tests.
