This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Utilize raw footage, voiceovers, and product visuals to create high-impact short-form video advertisements for TikTok and Instagram Reels.

• Enhance hooks, pacing, captions, motion design, and CTAs to capture attention within the first 3 seconds and maintain engagement through to conversion.

• Track creative performance, share insights with the team, and make swift adjustments based on data analysis.

• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure alignment of creative content with campaign strategies and audience insights while upholding the Truvani brand voice.

• Provide various aspect ratios, file specifications, and maintain clear asset/version control while meeting deadlines.

• Implement platform best practices and current trends while preserving brand integrity.

• Demonstrated success in creating engaging short-form social media content that drives sales.

• Strong grasp of the elements that compel users to stop scrolling, engage, and take action.

• Capability to weave together storytelling, emotion, and persuasion to achieve measurable outcomes.

• Proficient in Premiere Pro.

• Proficient in CapCut for TikTok videos and edits for Facebook content.

• Comprehensive understanding of performance-driven creative elements: hooks, pacing, CTA positioning, and audience retention.

• Exceptional multitasking abilities with a capacity to work efficiently, manage multiple projects, and adapt based on data and feedback.

• Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and organizational prowess.

• A portfolio or reel showcasing direct-response advertisements, product-centric edits, and mobile-first social media content is required.

• Must submit example videos.

• Experience in health, wellness, or CPG brands is a plus.
