This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Synchronize, process, edit, and conduct quality control on legal video files for depositions, hearings, and related proceedings.
• Produce and deliver synchronized video files in formats requested by clients.
• Export, convert, upload, and distribute video files across various formats.
• Maintain comprehensive records of post-production tasks, recordings, exhibits, uploads, file transfers, and documentation for remote events.
• Provide support and assist in training team members on synchronization workflows, editing techniques, and best practices in video production.
• Operate and supervise Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet for virtual proceedings.
• Utilize OBS Studio to record and manage audio and video for remote legal events.
• Monitor and document live proceedings.
• Resolve audio, video, connectivity, and platform-related issues in real-time.
• Offer technical and customer support to clients, attorneys, court reporters, vendors, and internal teams.
• Communicate updates effectively to peers, leadership, and stakeholders.
• Carry out additional responsibilities and assist with special projects as assigned.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in legal support services is preferred.
• Familiarity or experience in video production, editing, or live/virtual event coordination is advantageous.
• Working knowledge of video conferencing platforms and virtual collaboration tools is essential.
• Previous experience in a remote or hybrid work setting is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in video synchronization, editing, and file delivery.
• Technical proficiency with video processing tools, digital workflows, and file management systems.
• Proficiency in or the ability to quickly learn Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and OBS Studio.
• Strong troubleshooting skills related to audio, video, connectivity, and performance of virtual platforms.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Capability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced remote team environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a professional demeanor.
• General computer proficiency, including Outlook, Word, Adobe Acrobat, Windows-based applications, and internet tools.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from customers whose primary language is English.
