This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Utilize raw footage, voiceovers, and product visuals to create impactful short-form video advertisements for TikTok and Instagram Reels.

• Enhance hooks, pacing, captions, motion graphics, and calls to action to capture attention within the first 3 seconds and maintain engagement through to conversion.

• Track creative performance, communicate insights to the team, and implement swift adjustments based on data analysis.

• Work in conjunction with marketing and creative teams to ensure that the creative aligns with campaign strategies and audience insights while preserving the Truvani brand voice.

• Provide various aspect ratios, file specifications, and maintain clear asset/version control within deadlines.

• Incorporate platform best practices and trends while upholding brand integrity.

• Demonstrated experience in producing engaging short-form social media content that drives sales.

• Strong comprehension of what compels individuals to stop scrolling, engage, and take action.

• Capacity to weave storytelling, emotional appeal, and persuasion to achieve measurable outcomes.

• Proficient in Premiere Pro.

• Skilled in using CapCut for TikTok videos and editing Facebook video content.

• In-depth knowledge of performance-driven creative elements: hooks, pacing, CTA positioning, and audience retention.

• Exceptional multitasking abilities, capable of working swiftly, managing multiple projects, and iterating based on data and feedback.

• Outstanding communication skills, collaborative nature, and organizational prowess.

• Portfolio or reel demonstrating direct-response advertisements, product-centric edits, and mobile-first social content is required.

• Experience in health, wellness, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands is advantageous.
