📋 Description

• Edit complex, high-quality video content utilizing Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects

• Create animations, motion graphics, and visual effects

• Produce dynamic short-form videos specifically designed for social media platforms

• Uphold strong visual and production standards across all deliverables

• Modify edits to meet platform specifications, creative direction, and client expectations

• Craft energetic montage edits and mini music videos synchronized with music tracks

• Edit festival footage that includes artists, performances, fans, and live music experiences

• Use rhythm, pacing, timing, and storytelling to produce engaging edits

• Edit interviews and talking-head footage into refined social and promotional content

• Eliminate unnecessary footage while retaining clear narratives

• Transform longer footage into concise, social-ready content

• Create social media advertisements and promotional edits that align with client objectives

• Review client and brand reference videos and adapt their style into new edits

• Preserve each client’s unique creative identity across projects

• Efficiently incorporate feedback and creative guidance

• Manage active projects and assigned tasks through ClickUp

• Maintain daily communication with the creative team via Discord

• Collaborate with the Creative Production Manager to understand project needs and creative direction

• Implement revisions and feedback promptly and accurately

• Track project progress and consistently meet deadlines

• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, fully remote creative setting

⛳️ Requirements

• Applicants must reside in LATAM, Africa, or Eastern Europe

• Must be available to work from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PST / U.S. business hours corresponding with the client’s time zone

• Professional experience in video editing, creative production, or a related field

• At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in creating fast-paced video content for social media platforms

• Experience in editing interviews, talking-head content, advertisements, or music-driven videos

• Strong portfolio showcasing cinematic, high-quality video editing work

• Preferred experience in creating highly engaging content for Instagram and TikTok

• Editing experience within the music or entertainment industry or for established YouTube creators is preferred

• Experience cutting trailers for film, television, or video games is a significant plus

• Background in another creative or artistic field related to media promotion is advantageous

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects

• Solid understanding of video editing fundamentals, including pacing, rhythm, timing, and visual storytelling

• Ability to effectively synchronize edits with music and create captivating montage-style content

• Strong skills in motion design, animation, and visual effects

• Capacity to edit polished interviews and talking-head content while keeping engaging pacing

• Profound understanding of short-form social media content and platform-specific editing

• Ability to interpret creative references and accurately reproduce various visual styles

• Excellent attention to detail and dedication to high production quality

• Comfortable managing projects and deadlines through ClickUp

• Capable of collaborating and maintaining reliable communication through remote tools like Discord

• Able to swiftly implement creative feedback while ensuring consistency and quality
