This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Edit and create high-quality video assets for social media, paid advertisements, websites, and various campaign initiatives.

• Develop engaging narratives featuring strong hooks, appropriate pacing, and storytelling techniques optimized for different platforms.

• Refine user-generated content, influencer materials, and brand footage into polished deliverables that drive performance.

• Incorporate motion graphics, subtitles, music, and sound design to enhance the quality and engagement of the content.

• Adapt long-form content into short-form formats suitable for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to ensure alignment with brand and campaign goals.

• Oversee multiple projects with quick turnaround times while maintaining adherence to brand standards and platform best practices.

• Produce paid social video advertisements aimed at increasing purchases and scaling expenditure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film, Communications, or a related discipline (preferred).

• 2–4 years of video editing experience within fast-paced agency, D2C, or eCommerce settings.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with AI-driven video tools like Runway ML or comparable technologies.

• Strong grasp of content formats and performance dynamics on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Meta.

• Capability to edit with a focus on storytelling and marketing outcomes, including CTR, engagement, and ROAS.

• Experience in motion graphics, basic animation, and sound design.

• A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, high-performing content.

• Excellent storytelling skills and a keen eye for detail.

• Awareness of trends and the ability to excel under tight deadlines in a rapidly growing environment.

• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.

• Data-driven mindset for testing, optimizing, and enhancing content performance.
