Video Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Develop high-quality motion graphics and edited video content for campaigns, product narratives, social media, presentations, and digital experiences.

• Take ownership of creative projects from the initial concept and storyboarding stages to editing, animation, versioning, and final delivery.

• Work collaboratively with partners from branding, marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into compelling visual narratives.

• Juggle multiple priorities and timelines while upholding a high standard for craftsmanship, consistency, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Contribute to the creation of reusable assets, templates, and motion standards that assist the team in scaling high-quality creative output.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in video editing, motion design, animation, or visual design.

• Proficiency in industry-standard motion and video editing tools.

• Strong technical expertise in editing, animation, and post-production workflows.

• A portfolio that showcases strong design skills, creative thought, and clear, engaging visual storytelling.

• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and using feedback to enhance creative results.

• Capability to work independently on straightforward projects.

• Ability to proactively identify challenges, communicate effectively, and advance solutions.

• Must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies governed by U.S. Export Administration Regulations.

• Employees must be authorized to access Motive products and technology.
