This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Edit content for social media, brand films, recruitment videos, and project videos utilizing Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

• Analyze briefs, storyboards, and pre-production documents to grasp creative direction and client goals.

• Arrange raw footage, audio, and project files into organized Premiere Pro projects.

• Provide polished first cuts for producer evaluation.

• Execute colour grading, audio mixing, captions, graphics, and final exports.

• Oversee revision rounds and incorporate feedback across V2s, V3s, and final submissions.

• Maintain communication with producers and team leads regarding progress, feedback, deadlines, and potential challenges.

• Keep ClickUp tasks, project timelines, file structures, and version control current.

• Adhere to media management and backup protocols to securely archive footage and project files.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidate must be based in the Philippines.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional video editing experience, including social media content as well as corporate, promotional, or brand videos.

• Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and a working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.

• Familiarity with colour grading, audio mixing, captions, motion graphics, and final export processes.

• Solid understanding of editing fundamentals such as storytelling, pacing, sequencing, and visual continuity.

• Capability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

• Competence in interpreting briefs and feedback, efficiently implementing revisions while maintaining consistent quality.

• Strong practices in file management, project organization, and version control.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate successfully with producers and team leads.

• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

• Availability to align with Australian business hours, roughly 9 AM–5 PM, Monday to Friday.
