Video Content Creator – SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a video content strategy for WP Rocket, Imagify, and RocketCDN.

• Customize video content according to platform specifications, current trends, and audience interests.

• Set up and oversee video equipment, including cameras, audio systems, and lighting.

• Compose scripts for both long- and short-form videos from concept to final edit.

• Capture video content that covers technical web performance and WordPress-related topics.

• Independently manage editing, sound design, motion graphics, and post-production processes.

• Regularly publish videos across various platforms and engage with user interactions.

• Create video advertisements with compelling hooks and visuals that drive clicks, sign-ups, and conversions.

• Analyze performance data to test hooks, formats, and creative approaches.

• Cultivate and uphold a consistent brand voice and visual identity.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance campaigns and achieve brand objectives.

• Monitor video performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Report directly to the Head of Marketing.

• Must be based in Europe.

• Exceptional storytelling abilities through visual media.

• Proficient in video editing, including sound, lighting, and post-production techniques.

• Strong understanding of WordPress or a genuine interest in technical products.

• Capability to transform complex technical features into engaging video narratives.

• Excellent command of English, including spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills.

• Demonstrated experience in video marketing.

• Familiarity with social media marketing and creating video content for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.

• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

• Self-driven and accountable; capable of taking a brief or goal and producing a completed video independently.

• Ability to make informed technical and creative decisions while organizing workflow and priorities.
