This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Transform raw footage from the client's videography team into polished, final videos.

• Combine separate voiceover, audio, and video files into a cohesive finished product.

• Edit event footage into assets ready for publication.

• Sync audio tracks, enhance sound quality, balance audio levels, and incorporate music.

• Implement color correction to ensure that footage from various sources is visually consistent.

• Adhere to the client's branding guidelines regarding fonts, colors, logos, and overall visual style.

• Integrate captions, text animations, AI-generated visuals, stock footage, and compelling opening hooks.

• Create finalized YouTube videos and short-form vertical clips suitable for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

• Systematically organize and manage raw footage, project files, and approved assets with consistent folder structures and naming conventions.

• Submit drafts for client feedback, make revisions accordingly, and participate in client meetings and handoffs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of video editing experience, including time spent at a creative or marketing agency.

• Proficient in editing both YouTube videos and short-form vertical content.

• Experienced in editing interview and event footage.

• A portfolio showcasing relevant work is required for application.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong attention to detail along with a well-developed sense of storytelling and pacing.

• Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work autonomously with minimal oversight.

• Receptive to feedback and capable of making swift revisions.

• Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.

• Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps, suitable for maintaining work during outages.

• Desktop or laptop equipped with an Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or a comparable processor.

• Primary device must have at least 8 GB of RAM.

• Backup device should meet or surpass Intel Core i3 performance and remain functional during power interruptions.

• A working webcam is required.

• A noise-canceling USB headset is necessary.

• A quiet and dedicated home office space is essential.

• A smartphone for communication and verification purposes is needed.
