📋 Description

• Edit paid social advertisements, user-generated content, creator media, and short-form organic videos.

• Transform raw footage into engaging narratives with compelling hooks, pacing, and structure.

• Develop multiple concept variations to test diverse openings, messages, formats, and durations.

• Incorporate captions, music, sound design, graphics, transitions, and motion effects where they enhance the final product.

• Adapt videos for platforms including TikTok, Reels, Meta, YouTube Shorts, and other emerging channels.

• Stay updated with trends, creators, sounds, memes, editing techniques, and internet culture.

• Contribute relevant references and proactive ideas during creative discussions.

• Collaborate effectively with creative strategists, designers, performance marketers, and creator managers.

• Utilize performance metrics to refine future edits and iterate on successful concepts.

• Leverage AI and emerging creative tools to expedite production processes.

• Organize projects, manage source files, and maintain versions across various accounts.

• A robust portfolio showcasing short-form video projects.

• Capability to capture attention within the initial few seconds.

• An instinctive understanding of pacing, storytelling, humor, tension, and timing.

• Proficiency in editing swiftly without compromising on quality.

• Familiarity with the visual language of TikTok, Instagram, Meta, and YouTube.

• Awareness of social trends and their timing.

• Confidence in using Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar editing tools.

• Ability to extract the best edits from inconsistent or imperfect footage.

• Experience in editing performance advertisements, UGC, or creator-led content is highly advantageous.

• Willingness to accept feedback, adapt quickly, and remain flexible.

• A focus on performance metrics in addition to aesthetics.

• Must be available to work in the UK timezone.
