Video Editor – AI-Enhanced Production

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Edit impactful video content for paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and others.

• Develop engaging content tailored for digital audiences while balancing performance marketing goals with creative execution.

• Collaborate with the Branding team to produce video content for websites, YouTube, social media, provider materials, presentations, campaigns, and other brand initiatives.

• Assist in evolving the aesthetic, tempo, pacing, and creative language of StemWave video content.

• Spot opportunities to enhance the video production pipeline through AI, automation, new software, and cutting-edge creative technologies.

• Research, test, and implement tools and workflows aimed at minimizing repetitive tasks and accelerating production timelines.

• Share insights on new tools, techniques, and workflows with the wider creative team.

• Deliver approximately 4–7 finalized video edits each week while upholding high creative standards.

• Proven professional video editing experience with a compelling portfolio showcasing refined work.

• Exceptional understanding of pacing, storytelling, composition, and visual hierarchy.

• Proficient motion graphics and design capabilities.

• Strong grasp of sound design and its contribution to video editing.

• Experience in editing content specifically for digital and social media platforms.

• Expertise with professional video editing software and the Adobe Creative Suite.

• Practical experience in integrating AI tools into professional video editing or post-production processes.

• A demonstrated eagerness to explore emerging creative technologies and a history of independently researching and testing innovative tools and workflows.

• Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or attention to detail.
