This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Transform long-format video content into captivating short-form videos suitable for YouTube, social media, and various marketing channels.
• Oversee YouTube uploads, ensuring proper titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and organization.
• Develop polished marketing materials from Zoom-style interviews, client discussions, and virtual recordings.
• Edit and produce video content for marketing initiatives, events, and promotional purposes.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to pinpoint opportunities for additional marketing assets.
• Manage and create video content produced using AI technologies.
• Ensure that AI-generated and externally produced videos align with brand messaging, visual identity, quality, and format standards.
• Produce event recap and highlight videos as required.
• Adhere to deadlines established by the Director of Marketing.
• Commit to approximately 20 hours of work per month.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in creating and editing video content.
• Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently while adhering to deadlines.
• Familiarity with virtual event platforms.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.
• Experienced in repurposing long-form video content into short-form formats for platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media channels.
• Strong grasp of video storytelling, pacing, composition, audio, and basic motion graphics.
• Background in working with interviews, Zoom recordings, podcasts, or other conversational video formats.
• Ability to create appealing thumbnails, titles, and basic YouTube descriptions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and an understanding of brand standards and visual coherence.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
