This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Conduct and document discussions with founders, speakers, guests, and other pertinent individuals.
• Identify compelling stories, insights, quotes, and moments from discussions as well as the existing content library.
• Pose insightful follow-up questions to draw out engaging and usable content.
• Create and perform quality checks on short-form video clips, graphics, thumbnails, and various creative assets.
• Craft captions, social media posts, newsletter content, and supporting copy.
• Ensure visual, audio, and brand quality across all creative outputs.
• Transform source materials into platform-specific content packages for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and email.
• Maintain a consistent daily schedule for social media publishing.
• Oversee the production and distribution of newsletters.
• Develop and uphold templates, naming conventions, and production workflows.
• Manage the watch → record → create → approve → publish workflow.
• Keep the founder and stakeholders informed about upcoming content and approval processes.
• Monitor engagement levels and performance of content.
• Adjust strategies based on performance analytics.
• Identify bottlenecks and enhance the content production process.
• Strive to increase production speed and efficiency over time.
• Take independent ownership of execution with minimal supervision.
• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in content production, including social media content, short-form video, creative assets, copywriting, and newsletters.
• Strong editorial acumen with the ability to discern compelling stories and moments from long-form content.
• Hands-on experience in short-form video editing and social-first creative production.
• Proficient with, or able to quickly learn, tools like Opus Clip, Descript, Claude, Canva, Figma, or CapCut.
• Capable of independently producing high volumes of content while managing and refining content workflows.
• Proficiency in short-form video editing.
• Ability to write clearly and conversationally for copy and newsletters.
• Experience in creative production utilizing Canva and Figma.
• Familiarity with AI content tools, such as Claude.
• Understanding of content operations, including pipelines, approvals, naming conventions, and publishing schedules.
• Ability to track performance and leverage engagement data to guide content decisions.
• Comfortable conducting interviews and eliciting compelling responses.
• Strong sense of ownership and capability to work autonomously.
• Ability to interact directly with founders, executives, speakers, and senior stakeholders.
• Genuine interest in AI, emerging technologies, and human potential.
• A computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and an Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor or better.
• Internet speed of at least 40MBPS.
• A headset with an extended noise-canceling microphone and webcam.
• A backup computer and internet connection.
• A quiet and dedicated workspace at home.
• A reliable internet connection.
• Must provide your own computer with Intel Core i5 or equivalent or higher.
• Availability for 40 hours per week, from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM Pacific Time.
