Content Marketing Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop high-quality content for intricate B2B subjects

• Craft product and service pages, blog posts, and case studies

• Create customer success narratives, whitepapers, checklists, and additional lead magnets

• Oversee the TYPO3 website

• Generate and enhance landing pages

• Assist with CRM and marketing automation initiatives

• Design and distribute coordinated content on Instagram and Facebook

• Identify and implement optimization strategies

• Create advertising materials and digital creatives for branding and performance campaigns

• Produce infographics, social media graphics, and various visual content formats

• Design and evolve corporate design elements

• Develop simple, short videos for social media platforms

• Ensure a consistent brand identity across all channels

• Report to the Head of Marketing and execute the marketing strategy throughout the sales funnel

• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to brainstorm ideas and seek feedback

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Canva, Midjourney, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar design software

• Familiarity with AI tools for research, copywriting, image generation, or design

• Experience with TYPO3 is a plus

• Interest in LinkedIn marketing and performance marketing

• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 is advantageous

• Experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms

• Eagerness to quickly learn new subjects and tools

• Willingness to grasp complex topics and incorporate insights from subject-matter experts

• Work samples, personal projects, or relevant content are encouraged
