📋 Description

• Oversee the autonomous Project Quality Assurance function within the Transformation Office

• Guarantee that technology projects adhere to the Mashreq Project Management Methodology along with necessary governance, control, and delivery standards

• Develop a proactive, risk-oriented, and progressively automated assurance framework

• Assist project teams in attaining compliance through design

• Offer clear visibility to senior management

• Highlight significant gaps that necessitate intervention
