Vice President, Supply Chain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement supply chain strategies that facilitate company expansion and product commercialization.

• Supervise the sourcing and supply of server and data center hardware for Armada deployments.

• Manage supplier partnerships, contract negotiations, and procurement processes.

• Oversee inventory planning, demand forecasting, manufacturing, and logistics functions.

• Propel initiatives aimed at cost reduction, quality enhancement, and operational efficiency.

• Create risk mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions, supplier concentration issues, and capacity limitations, guiding the organization through transitions as the business grows.

• Set KPIs and reporting systems to evaluate supply chain performance and achieve measurable improvements against 12–24 month functional objectives.

• Build and steer a high-performing supply chain team.

⛳️ Requirements

• U.S. citizenship.

• Over 10 years of leadership experience in supply chain management, including directing teams at the Director level.

• Demonstrated success in scaling global supply chain operations.

• In-depth knowledge of sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory management.

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.

• Outstanding leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Previous experience in a relevant AI infrastructure or rapidly growing infrastructure company.

• Background in AI infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, defense technology, data centers, compute platforms, or related fields.

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• MBA or advanced supply chain certification is preferred.
