Online Adjunct Faculty – Quantitative Studies, Supply Chain Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage students within an asynchronous and inclusive online educational setting.

• Offer guidance and resources for a pre-structured online course.

• Deliver instruction, feedback, and hands-on, application-based learning experiences.

• Assist students in reaching their educational and professional aspirations.

• Report to the faculty dean team.

• Respond to student inquiries within designated timeframes and proactively reach out to those requiring additional assistance.

• Recognize the holistic needs of students and connect them with appropriate resources.

• Promote participation, collaboration, and foster relationships between faculty and students.

• Stay updated in the field and share expertise along with supplementary materials.

• Assess student submissions and provide personalized, constructive feedback.

• Facilitate active involvement in online discussions while fostering an inclusive, engaging, and respectful atmosphere.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctorate in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or Management Science (including a PhD/DBA in Business Administration with a focus in one of these areas).

• Three years of professional experience in Operations Management.

• Must reside in an eligible US state; California is excluded.
