Vice President, Supply Chain – AMC Segment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Lead supply chain excellence for an $800M global expenditure portfolio in the AMC segment.

• Collaborate with divisional Vice Presidents and General Managers to align and implement Sales, Inventory, Operations, and Planning (SIOP) strategies.

• Improve performance, decrease costs, and establish long-term supply chain capabilities across the segment.

• Utilize Regal Rexnord best practices and scale them across AMC divisions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Expand the supply chain to support initiatives for hyper-growth.

• Act as a strategic partner to the AMC President and divisional Vice Presidents/General Managers.

• Oversee supply chain performance metrics related to delivery, quality, and cost.

• Lead the creation and implementation of a three-year strategic supply chain roadmap.

• Promote SIOP standardization across various divisions.

• Manage and optimize $800M in global spending and implement cost-reduction opportunities in both direct and indirect categories.

• Work with Corporate Supply Chain on supplier scorecards, category strategy segmentation, and visibility of metrics.

• Build and lead a high-performing, globally distributed supply chain team.

• Evaluate talent, nurture internal leaders, and recruit external candidates to strengthen succession planning.

• Encourage 80/20 thinking, continuous improvement, and operational discipline.

• Advocate for diversity, inclusion, and engagement.

• Contribute to the enterprise-wide supply chain strategy and transformation projects.

• Represent AMC in cross-segment forums, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and compliance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• At least 10 years of experience in supply chain or a related field is necessary.

• A Master's degree is preferred.

• Strong preference for candidates located in Rosemont, IL, or Milwaukee, WI.

• Remote US locations will be considered if the ideal candidate is near one of our AMC facilities across the United States.

• Demonstrated success in transformation, integration, and talent development within complex, global manufacturing contexts.
