πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Act as a recognized authority in Quantitative Clinical Pharmacology, Pop-PK/PK-PD modeling, MIDD, and quantitative regulatory strategies.

β€’ Lead the creation and sharing of groundbreaking methodologies through publications, presentations at conferences, and webinars.

β€’ Offer strategic advice to clients regarding clinical development plans, regulatory and market access pathways, trial design optimization, and quantitative decision-making.

β€’ Serve as the main contact for significant Strategic Consulting accounts.

β€’ Identify and seek out new business opportunities within consulting and analytics services.

β€’ Cultivate and sustain relationships with regulatory bodies, key opinion leaders, and high-level client personnel.

β€’ Oversee and contribute to Pop-PK and PK/PD modeling, non-compartmental analysis, and broader QPP analytical activities.

β€’ Mentor and provide technical guidance to consultants and analysts.

β€’ Assist with statistical design, adaptive/Bayesian methodologies, simulation-based planning, and data science projects as needed.

β€’ Collaborate with business developers, statisticians, software teams, and data scientists.

β€’ Represent QPP expertise in multidisciplinary partnerships.

β€’ Travel as necessary to engage with clients and internal stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ At least 5+ years of direct QPP experience; a total of 15+ years in consulting, clinical development, or health research is preferred for VP-level roles.

β€’ Proven leadership in MIDD, Pop-PK/PK-PD modeling, and quantitative strategy within drug development.

β€’ Experience in interactions with regulatory authorities and contributions to regulatory submissions is highly beneficial.

β€’ Established expertise in Pop-PK/PK-PD modeling, NCA, and the interpretation of quantitative pharmacology results for CSR and reporting.

β€’ Familiarity with Phoenix WinNonlin/NLME and R.

β€’ Strong understanding of computational and statistical methods applied in clinical development.

β€’ Exceptional technical writing, verbal communication, and presentation abilities.

β€’ Capacity to clearly articulate complex quantitative concepts.

β€’ Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

β€’ Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
