Vice President, People

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Act as a pivotal executive leader, reporting directly to the CEO.

• Oversee the global People function, leading a team of four HR professionals.

• Formulate and implement HR strategies and cultural initiatives that align with Sentra’s ambitious objectives and international expansion.

• Direct the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for rapidly growing teams in the US, Israel, and Europe.

• Propel organizational development efforts, including performance management, career advancement, and leadership training programs.

• Manage and guide HR teams across both locations, ensuring a unified and high-performance culture.

• Design and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives.

• Collaborate with leadership to scale Sentra’s workforce while upholding a strong company culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a global organization, ideally in a startup setting.

• Experience in rapidly growing Israeli-founded startups is a significant advantage.

• Prior experience in cybersecurity startups is beneficial.

• Extensive knowledge of labor regulations in both the US and Israel.

• Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, organizational development, and performance management.

• Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

• Outstanding leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities.

• Being based in the NYC area is a plus.
