Vice President, Human Resources – GWS Tool Group

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Direct the implementation of the People Strategy and ensure HR initiatives align with business goals.

• Cultivate the HR team and instill responsibility for HR priorities and organizational objectives.

• Collaborate with executive and divisional leadership on strategic planning, organizational development, and workforce transformation.

• Enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, accountability, and foster a high-performance culture.

• Manage employee benefits, retirement plans, payroll, leave administration, and workers’ compensation.

• Offer strategic advice on intricate employee relations issues.

• Represent GWS in interactions with external partners and stakeholders.

• Lead the HR team while supervising its daily operations, professional growth, and service delivery.

• Work in partnership with the GWS management team, Machining HR management team, executive leadership, and divisional heads.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive and progressive experience in HR.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is required.

• Comprehensive understanding of employment-related laws and regulations.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

• Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities.

• Capability to communicate and apply for the position in English.

• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
