Vice President, FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Direct the strategic financial planning for both near and long-term objectives.

• Recognize growth opportunities, efficiency enhancements, and cash flow drivers, converting these insights into executive recommendations.

• Act as a primary representative for the Executive Team while collaborating closely with the CFO.

• Influence the company’s financial narrative throughout reporting, investor relations, and fundraising activities.

• Collaborate with GTM, Product, and other functional leaders to transform data into actionable insights.

• Lead scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and investment assessments for pivotal decisions.

• Develop and expand the FP&A team and operating framework, focusing on talent development, succession planning, governance, and controls.

• Revamp forecasting, planning, variance analysis, and reporting processes using AI technologies.

• Ensure precise administration of sales compensation that aligns with the company's objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of progressive experience in FP&A or Strategic Finance leadership within high-growth SaaS environments.

• Proven experience in building and scaling multi-tiered teams.

• History of translating intricate financial data into straightforward narratives for executives, boards, and non-financial stakeholders.

• Strong capability to forge relationships across the organization and to constructively challenge senior leaders with evidence and empathy.

• Experience in developing leaders and cultivating engaged, high-performance teams.

• Excellent judgment in fast-paced, ambiguous situations.

• Proficient in enterprise planning systems, BI/visualization tools, and AI-driven workflows.

• Ability to enforce verification, confidentiality, and control measures in AI-enabled workflows.
