Veterinary Client Support Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Manage both inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.

• Assist pet owners in scheduling, rescheduling appointments, and addressing general inquiries.

• Adhere to clinic-specific procedures, workflows, and documentation standards.

• Record customer interactions accurately within CRM and scheduling systems.

• Elevate urgent issues in accordance with established protocols.

• Maintain a compassionate and professional demeanor during sensitive customer interactions.

• Support veterinary clinics by delivering outstanding customer service experiences.

• Handle multiple systems and tasks while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Fulfill attendance, productivity, and quality expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must currently reside in México.

• Prior experience in a call center or customer service role.

• Previous experience working remotely.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Clear pronunciation with minimal accent.

• Strong listening abilities and problem-solving skills.

• Capability to follow detailed procedures and workflows.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Professional and empathetic communication style.

• Comfortable managing emotional or sensitive conversations with customers.

• Immediate availability is preferred.

• Must have a Windows 11 computer (Macs are not accepted).

• Minimum of 16 GB RAM required.

• i5 processor or higher is necessary.

• Webcam is required.

• Wired USB headset is needed.

• An additional monitor is required.

• Reliable wired high-speed internet connection (Ethernet cable) is essential.

• A quiet and professional workspace is mandatory.

• Backup power solution is necessary.
