Vertical Operations Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist the Operations team in addressing key operational challenges and initiatives throughout the organization.

• Contribute to the ideation, testing, and implementation of new internal and external processes.

• Enhance customer service workflows.

• Suggest enhancements to customer support strategies.

• Discover areas for improvement within the Customer Experience teams.

• Analyze anomalies and outliers.

• Promote operational excellence across teams as the company grows.

• Provide support to leaders with reporting and presentation needs.

• Ensure thorough and precise documentation of processes and procedures.

• Engage as a fully integrated remote team member during meetings, Slack conversations, and social activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in college or university, pursuing a degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.

• Possess a customer-focused mindset with a strong grasp of customer lifecycle management.

• Demonstrate versatility and adaptability, having experience in a dynamic environment where multiple priorities must be managed concurrently.

• Be a high achiever, striving for excellence in all endeavors.

• Exhibit proactive problem-solving skills and know how to effectively prioritize tasks.

• Meticulously verify your work and calculations, showcasing a thorough approach to research with a bias towards action.

• Candidates may reside anywhere in Canada.

• Must have a minimum of 6 hours overlap with the Eastern Time Zone.

• Available for a 40-hour work week.

• Must be available during core working hours of 9/10 am–5/6 pm EST, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility on start and end times.

• Must reside in the country where your educational institution is located for the entire duration of the internship.

• The internship must be a component of an academic program at your school/college/university or completed independently, as appropriate.
