This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Develop and implement a vertical marketing strategy for the designated GTM Pod.
• Create Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), value propositions, use cases, and competitive positioning that align with the pod's sales approach.
• Construct tailored messaging frameworks based on account tiers, personas, and identified pain points.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Marketing teams to integrate unique data and insights into account narratives.
• Simplify complex, data-intensive capabilities into industry-specific messaging targeted at economic buyers and technical stakeholders.
• Provide field-ready resources including presentations, playbooks, battlecards, ROI tools, and customer success stories.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance thinking, development, and delivery processes.
• Design and implement personalized campaigns that generate qualified leads from priority accounts.
• Elevate vertical awareness and establish Array as the benchmark for embedded financial wellness, identity, and privacy solutions.
• Coordinate integrated campaigns across various channels including email, webinars, paid and organic outreach, and in-person events.
• Collaborate with RevOps to define success metrics, evaluate performance, and refine campaigns.
• Serve as the vertical marketing leader during planning cycles and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Influence stakeholders across Product, Sales, Data, RevOps, and Marketing to commercialize new capabilities.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pipeline, revenue contribution, win rates, and strategic account growth.
• Bring market insights, competitive intelligence, and industry trends into go-to-market strategy discussions.
• Report directly to the Senior Partner, Marketing.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, encompassing product marketing, vertical/industry marketing, or partner/channel marketing in high-growth SaaS, fintech, financial services, or related sectors.
• Proven success in generating measurable pipeline and revenue impact through marketing initiatives focused on specific verticals or segments.
• Practical experience in developing personalized, account-level messaging and executing 1:1 / 1:few Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
• Exceptional ability to articulate complex, data-driven technology into clear and engaging industry narratives.
• Experience in closely collaborating with sales teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in correlating marketing programs with business results.
• Excellent project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently in a dynamic environment.
• Natural instinct to utilize AI for enhancing productivity.
• Must be based in the USA or Canada.
